The Gravity Train has left the station.

From the very beginning, Gravity Tavern was built as a place to gather, laugh, and share good food and drink with friends old and new. We’ve celebrated milestones, toasted achievements, and weathered challenges side by side with this community we love so deeply.
But as all great journeys do, ours has reached its final stop. While it is not easy to close these doors, we take pride in what we’ve built, in the memories made here, and in the support, you’ve shown us throughout the years. As with many restaurants closures these days, the economy and rents can make restaurants unsustainable.
To our staff, past and present: you’ve been the crew that kept this train rolling. Your hard work, spirit, and heart have carried Gravity forward every single day, for which we couldn't be more grateful. To our guests: thank you with all our heart for climbing aboard with us, again and again. Your laughter, stories, and loyalty have been the true fuel of this ride.
As the Gravity Train departs, we invite you to remember it not as an ending, but as a journey well-traveled. The friendships, flavors, and experiences we’ve shared don’t disappear—they stay with us, just like the rhythm of the tracks long after the train has gone.
